It's important to us that coaches can easily identify you.
Every coach will receive a court map with every pool sheet, they'll know your jersey color and which side you're likely playing. In addition, we'll write identifying numbers on your arm so nobody confuses you with somebody else. Most importantly, they'll know how soon they can add you to their team as we'll try to arrange pools by graduating class.
College coaches know how many spots they have to fill in each graduating class, so we organize divisions in our showcase tournaments by graduating class to assist them. Better for coaches, better for you. All players must compete with a partner of the same High School Graduating Class, no playing up or down. There are no age cut-offs and no exceptions.

What We provide to the coaches
In addition to all the contact info they might need to get in touch with you, we give coaches a court map which includes every pool sheet, with players color coded by uniform and grouped by grad-class. This way they know who you are if you catch their eye, or they know how to find you if they're there to see you compete. Click here to see an example
We also let coaches view a spread sheet with your athletic performance info. This lets them know how fast your are, how high you can reach, etc. Click here to see an example
Clinics Hosted by College Coaches
What better way to show a coach your skills and coachability?
At VolleyOC we maintain relationships with coaches in all the top schools. We'll bring those coaches to Newland Street in Huntington beach to give you small group instruction.
Clinics will be held on Court 1, 6, 7, 8 with "Ramada D" as the designated meeting point for the clinic
Clinics are Open to any and all entrants.
