Lots of OC people know "SeaLegs on the Beach", a wine bar at the North end of Bolsa Chica State Beach. It's the place to go for great times with friends, concerts, live entertainment, etc. Alicia Whitney runs it, as well as the other concessions at Bolsa. We were standing in front of SeaLegs, thinking about where volleyball courts could fit in when she had a brilliant idea- put the courts at the closest concession to where volleyball is currently played, the one with the 80' bar overlooking the sand where the courts will go: Pacific Kitchen. This week I'll be constructing those courts and I couldn't be more excited about what the future holds for our little Volley-Bar. Currently we're planning Friday evening after-work leagues, as well as a tournament on 5/13/18 to kick things off.
